According to IPL Code of Conduct Article 2.21, Mr. Gambhir admitted to the Level 2 infraction.
For violating the IPL Code of Conduct during the TATA Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 match between Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium, Lucknow, Virat Kohli has been fined 100% of his match money.
According to IPL Code of Conduct Article 2.21, Mr. Kohli admitted to the Level 2 infraction.
For violating the IPL Code of Conduct during the TATA Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 match between Royal Challengers Bangalore at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium, Lucknow Super Giants bowler Naveen-ul-Haq was fined 50% of his match money.
In addition to Kohli and Gambhir, Lucknow pacer Naveen-ul-Haq received a warning from the IPL for violating Article 2.21 of the IPL Code of Conduct, which is a Level 1 infraction. He received a fine equal to 50% of his match fee.
